Dynamic Response Technology
The 2450 System uses CONMED Dynamic Response Technology, the most advanced
on the market. Dynamic Response reacts to changing tissue reactions in less than 1 millisecond,
ensuring the desired power with minimal thermal effect. Devices without Dynamic
Response produce more sparks, smoke, and cause more damage to surrounding tissue.
Safe
Patient safety is always a priority. The System 2450 includes ARM Technology, which will alert the operating room staff if contact with the dual patient electrode is broken. ARM helps reduce the risk of burns at the point of contact with the return electrode.
When a single patient electrode is connected to the 2450 System, ARM Technology monitors the integrity of the entire electrical circuit.
